Director of Operations
Yukie, who has been with Rower LLC since inception in 2017, is responsible for day-to-day operations and management such as client billing, bookkeeping, payroll, employee benefits, new hire onboarding, management of operations staff, as well as scheduling and calendaring for the managing partner of the firm. With more than twenty years’ experience, including seven years as the executive assistant to the CEO of Lebenthal Holdings, LLC, as well as the firm’s office manager, Yukie’s professionalism, positivity, and phenomenal organizational skills are unparalleled.
It is because of Yukie’s attention to the details that our firm’s legal professionals can focus all their time and energy on meeting our clients’ legal needs. Whether it is scheduling client meetings, making sure that our clients’ bills are accurate, or checking in with our clients periodically to assess their satisfaction with the firm, Yukie does it all seamlessly and always with a smile.
Originally from Sendai, Japan, Yukie grew up in Okinawa and North Carolina, and currently calls Long Island, New York her home with her husband. Yukie is a “foodie” who enjoys taking time to travel every year to immerse herself in new cultures and indulge in the local culinary scene, and an adventurer whom, to our horror, loves bungee jumping from tall buildings on the Las Vegas strip and zip-lining across mountains during her travels.
