Having previously practiced family law at one of Manhattan’s top boutique matrimonial firms, Raluca comes to Rower LLC with many years’ experience representing clients in high conflict matters. Her deep and genuine interest in helping others first attracted her to family law. Raluca listens closely to her clients, and they appreciate her kindness and flexibility during an emotionally challenging time. She takes care to explain the obstacles that her clients encounter, helping them find practical solutions. She prides herself on her ability to aggressively advocate on behalf of her clients without compromising her belief that all people should be treated with respect.

Raluca earned her law degree while working full time for an international commercial real estate firm where she focused on contract and lease review for major corporate tenants. She is as tenacious about meeting her clients’ goals as she is about achieving her own.

Raluca is a member of the New York City Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section.

After growing up in Manhattan, Raluca and her husband now call Queens home. Outside of work, Raluca enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and dog in upstate New York.
