Francesca McGuire
Associate
Prior to joining Rower LLC in 2023, Francesca was a corporate associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and Mintz LLP. She focused her practice on capital markets transactions and leveraged finance. She represented public and private companies in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, and healthcare.
In her pro bono practice, Francesca represented several clients seeking asylum in the United States. Her passion for advocacy led her to transition to matrimonial and family law, where she enjoys both the transactional and litigation aspects of her practice.
Francesca graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY, summa cum laude, with a degree in journalism. She later attended Albany Law School, from which she received her JD in 2019, magna cum laude. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Daniel J. Stewart of the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Francesca was born in Brooklyn, where she lives now, and grew up on Long Island. When she’s not working, she enjoys pilates, going to the beach, trying new restaurants in the city, and spending time with friends, family, and her cat Mia.
