Carma, who joined Rower LLC in 2019, was employed for five years as a Patient Liaison at the Paula B Balser Counseling Center at the Hudson Guild in Chelsea, New York, where her responsibilities included greeting patients, triaging crises, scheduling patient care, and managing case files. At a recent recognition brunch, Carma's supervisor took special note of Carma’s rapport with the clinic’s patients, saying: “even if a client’s therapist had changed, they are always excited to come in to see Carma. Regardless of their state of mind, she knows how to put patients at ease and lighten their mood.” Carma gives our clients that same sense of calm and confidence from the moment they walk through Rower LLC’s door.
Carma is a licensed New York State Notary Public.
Carma is a native New Yorker, and the mother of two intelligent, handsome young men, who are her pride and joy! Carma was formerly a member of the School Leadership Team, a Learning Leader and the PTA treasurer and President at her sons' schools. One of her most cherished accomplishments is having been a foster parent for five years. Carma is a big fan of the NY Mets and true crime mysteries; she enjoys finding a good bargain and loves spending time with her family and friends.
